Accumulates ONNX nodes, initializers and unique value names.

static_dims: Callable[[Value], Sequence[int | None] | None] | None

Per-axis extents of a value that the exported graph fixes, None on the axes that vary at runtime. Unset, every sampled extent is taken as fixed.
